GOT SOME QUESTIONS?

No. All take off and landings are done from the back of our world leading purpose built Parasail boat. At your request you may have your legs touched down into the water.
You may wear whatever you are most comfortable in. Take into consideration that it does get cooler on the water versus being on land. Obviously, if it is in your interest to get wet, a bathing suit is recommended.
Each ride lasts approximately 10 minutes in the air and the entire duration of the trip lasts up to one hour and 15 minutes. Passengers take turn as others observe. We carry up to 12 passengers on board per trip.
Flying Kiwi Parasail offers single, tandem and triple flights. It is based on a combined weight depending on the wind conditions at the time. The weight range is between 60 and 250 kilos. The wind is very changeable in the Bay of Islands therefore we cannot guarantee weights until the time of flights.
The team at Flying Kiwi Parasail has 20 years experience in the industry. All skippers and crew go through an extensive and thorough training process. We are fully certified, insured and one of the founding members of the New Zealand Parasail Association (NZPA).
